In accordance with Article 3, Section 3 of the Bylaws for Foree Ranch Residential Community, there will be an Annual Meeting of the members on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the meeting will be held online. A quorum of 10% of homeowners is required in order to hold the meeting. The meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. Provide an overview of 2025.
2. Discuss 2026 Plans.

2. A proxy form in the event you are unable to attend.
In the event you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete either the online proxy at www.foreeranchhoa.com or email the enclosed proxy form to donna@legacyswhoa.com.
The meeting will promptly begin at 6:00 p.m. A quorum of 10% of members must be present online or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please return your proxy either online or by email. The proxy will help meet the quorum requirement.
